Diagnosis

Predominantly yellowish-brown; female gaster elongate (MM/LG = 0.4-0.5). Similar to maculata but with transepimeral sulcus strongly curved and propodeum very short medially, shorter than length of dorsellum.

Distribution

Costa Rica.

Biology

From an unidentified "fuzzy" leaf gall and an unidentified gall of Cecidomyiidae (Diptera) on Coussapoa villosa (Cecropiaceae).
